There is a dreaded & draconian Law in India. Old Persons who cann't walk without sticks, having no criminal record, breast feeding children with there innocent mothers are sometimes kept in jails with hardened criminals. The ex-Chief Justice Of India termed this Law as "Legal Terrorism." Our ex-President and many important dignitaries have raised their apprehensions about misuse of this Law. Many people say that this Law is more misused than used.
